❑ Booking Policy:

Individual Booking Policy:

• 100% advance required during booking.
• Note that our total seat capacity is 48. (36 on Upper Deck, 12 on Lower Deck).

Group Booking Policy:

• For group reservation you have pay 60% of total amount for booking, remaining 40% of amount will collect before Trip Date.
• Minimum 30 people will be count as group.
• 10% flat discount will be applicable for group booking.

❑ Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Individual Cancellation Policy:

• Full amount will be refunded if the booking is canceled 48-hour prior.
• Ticket can be canceled before 24 hours & 15% will be deducted for cancelation.
• No Refund will be applicable for cancelation made less than 24 hours prior to the trip.
• All refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Group Cancellation Policy:

• Full amount will be refunded if the booking is canceled 7 days prior.
• Ticket can be cancelled before 72 hours & 15% will be deducted for cancelation.
• No Refund will be applicable for cancelation made less than 72 hour prior to the trip.

Child Policy:

• 0-3 years: Free
• 3-7 Years: Tk 1,600/-
• Above 7 years: Required Full Ticket
